Practitioners

Sophia specializes in women’s health, pain and stress management. She is especially interested in aiding women experiencing menstrual disorders as well as those suffering from menopausal symptoms. This is because her first experience with acupuncture was through the treatment of her severe menstrual cramps and symptoms, and more recently, she watched her own mother battle with the ups and downs of menopause. Sophia is also well versed in treating acute and chronic muscular pains, as well as stress and stress-related insomnia.

She holds a Master’s Degree from Five Branches University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis. She enjoys teaching patients ways to incorporate parts of Traditional Chinese Medicine into their lives so that it complements today’s modern world. Sophia is fluent in Korean.

With firsthand experience and knowledge of maintaining a healthy pregnancy as well as childbirth and postpartum care, Sophia will be a great resource and guide to you!

Acupuncturist My Linh (Lyn) Ly L.Ac

My journey into Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine began through personal experience—as a patient. Years ago, I struggled with chronic heart disease and found healing through the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine. That transformative experience inspired me to help others on their own path to recovery.

Having once been in the patient’s shoes, I understand how overwhelming it can be to search for the right treatment and a compassionate healthcare provider. I strive to bring warmth, motivation, and hope to each patient I meet, supporting them not only with my skills, but with heartfelt care.

Although I originally earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago, my true calling led me to pursue a different path. I am now a California Licensed Acupuncturist with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from the University of East-West Medicine.

My main focus is treating pain, insomnia, stress, and infertility—conditions that deeply affect daily life and overall well-being. I am passionate about helping patients find relief and balance through natural, holistic care.

I am committed to continuous learning and providing the highest quality of care to those I serve. I speak both English and Vietnamese and am honored to support patients on their healing journey—every step of the way.
