As you may be aware, the Shelter-in-place order has been extended until May 3rd. I am monitoring the information and research of COVID-19 closely, and will continue to update you all as we go.
I am currently offering virtual sessions! This is a chance for people near and far to work with me, and for established patients to receive continued care and support.
TELEMEDICINE CONSULTS
Often, clients seek support for:
– Chronic and acute symptoms, such as pain or digestive discomfort
– Managing stress and anxiety and its accompanying symptoms
– Managing PMS/menstrual concerns
– Fertility or support while trying to conceive
The sessions will include a comprehensive overview of your current health concerns and symptoms, relevant medical history and assessment based on Chinese Medicine along with recommendations for diet, lifestyle changes, acupressure points and instructions and if applicable, herbs and moxa.
For new clients, the initial session includes a comprehensive health history intake, 45 mins and $60.
For return clients, follow-up sessions are 20 mins and $40.
HERBAL MEDICINE
I have Chinese herbal formulas in stock for:
– Prevention and treatment of COVID-19 symptoms
– Cold/flu/seasonal allergies
– Menstrual cycle issues, women’s heath, menopause
– Stress and anxiety
– Pain management
– Digestion and immunity
Herbs can be picked up or dropped off within Dublin and Pleasanton, or shipped to you. The cost of herbs varies depending on the herbal formula. If you’re interested, please book a Telemedicine Session so we can discuss your health history and current symptoms to prescribe the appropriate herbal formula.
We’re treading new and uncharted territory right now. It can be stressful and scary and sometimes difficult to cope. But rest assured, staying home and practicing proper hygiene is definitely making an impact. While we stay home, and protect ourselves from contracting or spreading the virus to others, the planet has also been taking a breather.
Take this time and take a breather yourself. You don’t HAVE TO learn a new hobby or be productive. Simply sleeping in a little more, meditating and taking deep breaths, going on short leisurely walks or indulging in some guilty pleasures can be just as “productive”.
